Billing plans
Fireberry offers two billing plans - a monthly plan and an annual plan. You can choose whichever one best suits your business.
The different Fireberry billing plans help you set up your payments according to your business needs. Your billing date will be set based on the date you signed up for Fireberry. The billing cycle is once a month for the monthly plan and once a year for the annual plan.
Your payment is calculated based on your license plan per your total number of users. Each license has a minimum number of users, which is detailed in the pricing page. You can check your total active users at any time, simply go to Settings, open the Billing tab, and check the Users section under the Subscriptions page.
Monthly plan
This plan will charge you once a month, and allows you to pay according to the amount of active users you have per month, as well as the activation date.
Example:
John uses the monthly plan, has three users, and pays on the first of each month. On January 10th, John added two new users. On January 15th, John deactivated a user. John will be charged the following amount in January: three users for the entire month and two users for the amount of days left until his next billing date (the first of February) starting from January 10th. On the first of February, John will be charged for his four active users.
Note that if John were to add a new user on January 20th he would not be charged for this, as this user is taking the slot of the user who was deactivated on the 15th.
Annual plan
This plan charges you once a year, and is highly recommended as it reduces the overall cost by 20%. You will be charged in advance once a year, in accordance with your license and amount of users.
Once you’ve activated and been charged the yearly sum for a user, you cannot get a return fee, even if you cancel the user. Check for and deactivate any not in use users before you activate a new user. In this way you can be sure not to pay for extra users.
At the end of your billing cycle, you will be charged for the next year according to your current amount of active users.
Example:
Hailey uses the annual plan, has ten users, and started her subscription on January 1st, 2023. On this date she will pay in advance for ten users per 12 months. The price is calculated as the amount of active users multiplied by both the license type and 12 months (a year).
In March (two months after starting her subscription), Hailey added two new users. The payment for these new users will happen once, and in accordance with the amount of months left of the billing cycle. This one lump sum will be calculated as two new users multiplied by both the license type and ten months (the months left for the current billing cycle). Assuming no new users have been added, Hailey will be charged for 12 active users at the start of the next billing cycle.
Note that Hailey can deactivate and activate users as she wishes without incurring extra charges, as long as she never has more than 12 active users at the same time.

Q & A
What are the payment options?
You’ll need to pay via credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club. You can choose whether the recurring fee is monthly or annual, and can save 20% by paying annually.
What happens if I use the annual billing plan and add a user?
You will only be charged for the amount of months until the end of your billing cycle. This means that if there are only three months left until your next billing date, you will be charged a lump sum of the amount you pay per user (which is based on your license) multiplied by the three months left of your billing cycle. You will be charged according to your total number of active users at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I use any billing plan for any license type?
The Enterprise and Professional licenses can be paid for using either the monthly or the annual billing plans. However, the Standard license must be paid for annually.
Can I choose the plan I want and then pay according to my amount of active users?
Charges are always made based on the license plan chosen and the amount of active users. However, you will need to pay for the minimum number of users in each license plan, even if you have less active users than the minimum.
