As a  Senior Product Manager in Fireberry you will..

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for your product.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new features and products.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
• Prioritize features and tasks for the product using internal tools, tracking and 
• Own and manage the entire product development lifecycle.
• Oversee all aspects of product development, including prioritization, research, writing requirements documents, product design, and UI/UX, 
• Collaborate with development teams to translate product roadmaps into actionable, prioritized technical requirements.
• Representation of internal collaborators and responsibility for delivering the highest possible value for the business.
• Translation of a product strategy into demand documents and work plans using the Agile method (epics, user stories).
• A clear understanding of the business value must be communicated to the development and design teams.
• Sprint planning, version updates and follow up on deadlines.
• Make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges.
• Provide comprehensive support to internal customers and offer solutions to outstanding problems or issues.

To be a Senior Product Manager in Fireberry you need…

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably at startup companies.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science or Engineering.
• Vast experience in product design/ UX/UI.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in speaking and writing English
