About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and responsible Executive Assistant to support our CEO.
This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone who has experience working closely with senior leadership and a basic understanding of project management.
You'll participate in all of the CEO’s meetings, track action items and deadlines, and take responsibility for follow-up with relevant stakeholders. You’ll be expected to ensure things move forward efficiently, without requiring the CEO to chase people down or manage the details.
Responsibilities…
- Attend all of the CEO’s meetings and internal calls; document key takeaways, tasks, and deadlines
- Maintain clear task trackers and proactively follow up with team members to ensure completion
- Collaborate across departments to help turn ideas into actionable plans
- Assist with the coordination and progress tracking of internal projects
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and executive communications
- Keep the CEO’s calendar organized and aligned with strategic priorities
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Act as the CEO’s right hand — ensuring time is spent effectively and decisions are executed
Requirements…
- Bachelor’s degree- a Must!
- Fluent English – both spoken and written-a Must!
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to a C-level executive- a Must!
- Some experience or involvement in project coordination or project management (formal training not required)
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong sense of ownership
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and task management platforms
