We are seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to join our team. You will analyze complex data sets to uncover business trends, insights, and opportunities that drive strategic decisions. A deep understanding of business drivers and the ability to maximize profitability while meeting KPIs is essential. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that optimize performance.

- Analyze large data sets from multiple business domains (sales, marketing, finance, customer service, etc.) to derive actionable insights.
- Develop and implement reporting systems and dashboards to monitor business performance and KPIs.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Lead data-driven projects, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business goals.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques, including statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
- Mentor junior analysts and assist in their professional development.
- Continuously improve data analysis processes and tools for better efficiency and accuracy.
To be a Business Data Analyst in Fireberry you need…
- B.A./B.Sc. (or higher) in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related field).
- 5+ years of experience in business data analysis or a related field, with a focus on delivering business insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL or similar.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
